The University of Phoenix:

So, I got offered a job from The University of Phoenix. I will be working as an academic advisor and this is great because I will get free tuition so that I can get my masters. I kicked the unemployment crisis and it feels good!!!

    Being unemployed is one of the hardest jobs out there. There is a stress involved in job searching that is unmatched in anything else. Doing nonstop cover letters almost made me hate writing.

    I'm really happy that you managed to find something that works for you. When do you start?

    Hey! So I begin work this Monday, I'm super pumped. Also, Im planning on moving out to Tempe to be closer to work in the very near future. How are you??

    I'm doing really well, though it seems not quite as well as you are. New job. New car. New place?

    This all seems so familiar. It seems like only yesterday that I was RIF'd forcing me to thrust myself into a never ending barrage of rejection only to eventually find a good job that offers free tuition and enough money to buy my Civic. I like your style.

    It should be noted that my free tuition isn't for grad school but I'm looking forward to taking some film classes in the fall. I've taken about every undergraduate film class there is to take but I'm looking forward to meeting some film students that might be interested in working on some projects and being forced to get behind a camera again. Also, my screenwriting seems to have stagnated and it couldn't hurt to get some new opinions on some ideas. So, I'm pretty excited for that.
